Broadband connectivity through SDH/SONET capacity with the highest level of quality

These are structured capacity services in accordance with the SDH and SONET standards, with circuits from STM-1/OC-3, to STM-64/OC-192. Capacity is auto-restorable or protected by automatic switchover on different routes on the TIWS network. It is aimed at customers that require high-quality point-to-point links and secure service between the PoPs of TIWS in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Depending on the customer's requirements, these capacities are offered in concatenated and non-concatenated modes.

They are also offered as structured capacities of the PDH type E1, T1, E3 and DS3 circuits, depending on the availability in the customer destinations. The client may choose any of the local access providers co-located in the PoPs of TIWS to extend these circuits to their final destinations.

All capacity is managed centrally from the Telefonica Wholesale's operating centres, with continuous 24x7 attention.
